We look inside your ears with video otoscopy before and after, so you can see the wax has gone. We choose the method that suits your ear and work under an ENT-grade microscope. Most appointments take less than half an hour. If you need a follow-up to finish the job, it’s included.
If there’s no wax to remove, we’ll still check your ears and give you advice. This is charged as a consultation at £20.
We start with a proper conversation about what’s brought you in. We look inside your ears with video otoscopy. Then we test your hearing with pure-tone audiometry and QuickSIN. It takes around an hour and a quarter. You’ll leave knowing where you stand and what your options are.
A two-hour appointment with one of our tinnitus specialists. We take the time to understand what you’re hearing and how it affects you, then talk you through the options for managing it. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer with tinnitus, but there’s almost always something that helps.
Appointments are with our vestibular audiologist.
Custom ear protection starts at £120 a pair. You can see the full range on our Noise Protection page.
The price covers your care, not just the technology. It depends on what suits your hearing and the way you live, and you’ll know the cost before you decide anything. If we don’t think you’ll wear it, we won’t fit it.
