Our audiologists have built their careers in clinical settings. NHS hospital departments, tinnitus clinics, vestibular research, paediatrics and private practice. That experience shapes how we work with you. We take the time to investigate, diagnose accurately, and recommend only what genuinely fits your life.
The equipment in our clinics matches what you’d find in a hospital audiology department, including soundproof booths, ENT-grade microscopes and real ear measurement, with every
test carried out to British Society of Audiology standard.
It matters because hearing care is only as good as the diagnostics behind it. Ours are right.
All our prices are on this website. The assessment fee, the device costs, everything.
We’re independent, so we work with hearing technology from every major manufacturer. We’ll recommend whatever genuinely suits your hearing and your life. And if we don’t think
you’ll wear it, we won’t fit it. There’s no point in a hearing device that lives in a drawer.
Hearing changes over time. Your prescription can too. We’ll see you six months after your
fitting and every year after that, with everything in between included.
Once you’re set up, you can call us or drop in whenever you need to. A filter change, a lost receiver, something that just isn’t sitting right.
Whatever brings you to us, we’ll do it properly. Whether that’s a full diagnostic assessment, a wax removal, a hearing device fitting or a follow-up two years down the line, the care and the standard are the same.
